2007- Present: Bounty Group LLC and Bounty Logistics:  Senior Consultant.

Responsible for Developing and implementing  distribution and supply chain logistic services, streamline all operations on existing business, improve management procedures, billing, vendor relations, warehouse layout and processes, reduce cost, market and develop new business.

 

2000-2006: Hellmann Perishable Logistics. a Division of Hellmann Worldwide Logistics.

-2005 - 2006: Promoted to Vice President Market Development. Member of the Hellmann Perishable Logistics Worldwide Steering committee. Achievements: Helped developed supply chain solution (door to door) to large retailers, made presentations worldwide on behalf of the company, achieved a positive publicity and marketing campaign. Developed new business with: Latin America, Central America, Europe and the United States.

-2003- 2005: Promoted to General Manager-USA. Oversee Operations and sales in Miami, Seattle, Orlando and Los Angeles operations with P&L responsibility. Achievements: Made the Los Angeles office profitable for the first time.

-2001-2003: Hired as Miami Branch Manager Responsible for overall sales and marketing, Managed the Customs Brokerage, Customer Service, Transportation, Accounting Departments and all Warehouse Operations. Achievements: Reduced expenses by over $900,000.00, increased revenues by 1.4 million dollars. Full P&L responsibility

-2000-2001: Consultant. Provided consulting work in the areas of paperwork flow, operations, management, accounting, sales, supply chain, billing and customer service procedures

 

1997-2000: Kenbourne International, Inc. Miami, Florida: National Sales Manager

Achievements: Increased sales from 3 million per month to 6 million dollars per month by June 1998, reduced supply chain expenses, created a Web page and made the company more visible trough effective marketing.

 

1996-1997: Ocean Beauty Seafoods, Miami, Florida: General Manager-Miami Office

Achievements: Opened new office, new processing operation, opened domestic, international supply chain and domestic distribution channels.

 

1989-1995: Manta Seafoods Corp., Miami, Florida: -General Manager.

Achievements: Opened office, opened new market, created new ways of marketing product trough cooperation with customers and vendors. Developed new products, developed appropriate packaging for a better supply chain, reduced transportation expenses and increased sales.
